Houserules

The purpose of these rules is to guarantee a respectful, safe, discreet and friendly environment for all members, guests and staff of the Club. Anyone entering the venue acknowledges having read these rules and undertakes to comply with them.

• RESPECT is rule number one in this venue. It applies to guests and staff alike. In case of inappropriate behaviour, the management reserves the right to take whatever measures it deems necessary.

• The membership card is free and compulsory. If you lose it, we will ask for €5 to replace it.

• A wristband with your locker key is given to you on arrival. If you lose it, we will ask for €20 to replace the lock.

Access is reserved for adults (21 years old minimum), carrying valid ID that may be requested at the door. The management reserves the right to refuse access without having to justify its decision.

• The management accepts no liability for loss or theft, either inside the venue or in the car park.

• The management accepts no liability for damage or accidents occurring in the car park.

• Please respect the neighbours' sleep and avoid making noise outside the building.

Consent is the absolute rule. Every interaction between guests must be free, voluntary and clearly consented to. A refusal, even implicit or expressed by a simple « no », a gesture or an attitude, must be respected immediately. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

• Any form of harassment, insistence, intimidation, pressure or aggressive behaviour results in immediate exclusion.

Every guest undertakes to:

• Respect the other guests.

• Respect the staff.

• Respect differences of sexual orientation, gender identity, origin, religion and way of life.

• Behave courteously.

• Insults, discrimination and verbal or physical violence are strictly forbidden.

Respect for privacy is essential. It is strictly forbidden to:

• Take photographs.

• Film.

• Record.

• Share information that could identify other guests.

• The use of mobile phones is strictly forbidden inside the venue.

• Any breach results in permanent exclusion and may lead to legal proceedings.

Impeccable hygiene is required.

• Showers are available upstairs. Please put used towels in the laundry bins provided.

• Condoms are available. They are compulsory for any intercourse involving a risk of transmitting sexually transmitted infections (STIs), in accordance with the club rules. Please dispose of them after use in one of the many bins.

• Please keep the alcoves clean. Tissues and disinfectant are available in each of them.

To enter the club, appropriate dress and impeccable hygiene are required. Dirty or unsuitable clothing, or clothing likely to harm the club's image, may lead to refusal of access.

• Going through the cloakroom is compulsory on arrival. For women, we ask for sexy attire of your choice or lingerie. For men, a t-shirt or shirt with boxers or briefs.

• Any illegal substance, as well as prostitution, is strictly forbidden on the premises. Anyone seen using or selling an illegal product, or engaging in prostitution, will be excluded and the police will be notified.

• The management reserves the right to stop serving you alcoholic drinks whenever it deems it necessary.

• Smoking (cigarettes, vaping, etc.) is forbidden inside the venue. A smoking room is available just past the dance floor.

Guests must respect:

• The furniture.

• The equipment.

• The sanitary facilities.

• The material provided.

• Any deliberate damage may be invoiced and may lead to legal proceedings.

The following are forbidden in particular:

• Taking glasses upstairs is forbidden.

• Violence, disrespectful intimacy, racism, discrimination, theft, prostitution or soliciting within the club.

• In case of a breach of one of these rules, you will receive a warning, possibly together with a temporary or permanent ban from the club.

The staff are responsible for:

• Ensuring the rules are respected.

• Ensuring safety.

• Maintaining a calm environment.

• The staff's decisions must be respected.

Anyone with a contagious illness likely to put others at risk is asked not to visit the club. The club encourages responsible sexuality and provides means of protection where applicable.

Personal belongings remain the responsibility of their owner. The club accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage.

Entry fees, drinks and services must be paid according to the terms in force. No refund may be demanded, except by exceptional decision of the management.

Communal areas may be placed under video surveillance in accordance with the legislation in force. No camera is installed in the intimate areas.

Any personal data collected is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.

The management may issue:

• A warning.

• A temporary exclusion.

• A permanent exclusion.

• No refund will be due in case of exclusion for breach of these rules.

Every guest is responsible for their own actions. The club cannot be held responsible for relationships formed between guests before, during or after their presence in the venue.

All the club's activities must comply with the applicable national and local legislation. Any offence may be reported to the competent authorities.

Entering the club constitutes full and complete acceptance of these rules. Any refusal to comply results in refusal of access or immediate exclusion.
